The front door to the villa takes you immediately into the Great room with vaulted ceilings and cathedral windows allowing in streams of Floridian sunshine.  This room is comfortably furnished with large sofas and a Queen size bed settee. There is a TV and DVD provided for your enjoyment.

 To one side is the formal dining area with views out onto the covered Lanai through to the protected conservation area beyond.

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need to cater for the perfect holiday. A full size oven, full height fridge freezer with ice maker, built in microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal. 

There are also table and chairs situated in the breakfast nook if you decide not to take your breakfast beside the pool!!

 The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor with views again out to the pool area. There is a walk in wardrobe large enough to cater for the most serious suitcase packer and again a TV for your entertainment.  The en-suite is fitted with his and hers sink units and a large double walk in shower along with a WC with privacy door.

Upstairs along the galleried landing there are three further bedrooms. One with a Queen size bed and TV and again a walk in wardrobe.

There are also two further twin bedded rooms situated next to the second full size bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. 

Our fully screened south westerly facing pool area is perfect for relaxing looking out onto the  conservation area full of strange and exotic local wild life!

The deck has been extended to give you that extra space to allow you to choose the position of your sun loungers or to allow your children to play in safety away from the pool.

There is a covered Lanai fitted with a fan to keep you cool. A patio table and plenty of chairs are provided, also a BBQ for those relaxed evenings in. For certain times of the year it can be arranged to have the pool heated.
