All prices are per week and are inclusive of all Florida State (7%) and Tourist Taxes (5%) (we pay both of these out of your fee).

Only additional charge is pool heating @ £80/$120 per week.    

Bookings of 5 nights or less are subject to an additional cleaning surcharge of £50/$75.
